This policy explains how personal data is processed when you visit this website, use the contact form or email us. Each of our apps has its own privacy policy (section 5).

2. Visiting the website
- No tracking cookies. There are no analytics, advertising or tracking tools. Fonts and scripts are served from our own server; your visit is not reported to third parties.
- The admin panel uses one strictly necessary session cookie, only for signed-in site administrators.
- To keep the site secure (e.g. to block abuse of the contact form), your IP address is kept in server memory for up to one hour and is not written to the database.
3. Contact form and email
When you use the form we store your name, email address, topic, related app and message in our database; when you email us, the same information is stored by our email provider. We use it only to answer your request. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in responding to you and our user relationship with you (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b) and (f); KVKK Art. 5(2)(c) and (f)). Messages are deleted no later than 2 years after your request is resolved, unless a longer period is required by law.
4. Hosting and transfers
The website and its database run on servers rented from our hosting provider. Our email provider's servers may be located outside your country. We only use providers that apply appropriate security measures.
5. Our apps
The data each app processes, and why, is described in its own privacy policy:

Our apps contain no ads and we never sell your data. In-app purchases and subscriptions are handled by the app stores; your card or payment details are never shared with us.
6. Your rights
Under the GDPR (where applicable) and Article 11 of the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law (KVKK) you can ask whether your data is processed, access it, have it corrected or deleted, object to processing and lodge a complaint with the competent data protection authority. Send your request to support@predixastudio.com; we reply within 30 days.
7. Children
Our website and apps are not directed at people under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.
8. Changes
We may update this policy; the current version is always published on this page with its date.
